MidCity is excited to propose a beautifully designed new for-rent residential apartment building directly adjacent to the southern entrance of the Shaw-Howard Metrorail Station. The new building at 1707 8th Street NW, designed by renowned local architect Eric Colbert, will add new market rate and affordable housing that will blend into the fabric of this dynamic neighborhood. The 9-story building will feature a rooftop pool with grilling stations, a fitness center, and other appealing amenities such as secure bicycle parking, a dog grooming center, and underground parking.
